JJs Fresh From Scratch
Don’t forget to try the Tabbouleh “Salad,” a delicious blend of fresh parsley, tomato, white onions and bulgur wheat. JJ’s mom created this recipe more than 30 years ago, and it tastes exactly the same way today: life changing. And for our vegan and vegetarian friends, we’ve got you covered with fresh eggplant and zucchini sautéed with a touch of extra virgin olive oil. Learn more about JJ and his family.

The ketogenic diet simply changes the way your body converts food into energy. When you eat more fat and very few carbs consistently for some time, your body goes into ketosis-a metabolic state where your body burns fat instead of carbohydrates for fuel. As a result, inflammation is reduced and weight loss can take place.
So whether it’s a salad or tabbouleh bowl, ALL of our meats, hot veggies, and cold toppings support a keto diet.
Gluten is a protein that can be found mainly in grains such as wheat, rye, and barley. A gluten-free diet is essential for managing the signs and symptoms of some medical conditions such as celiac disease, wheat allergies, and general gluten sensitivity.
To follow a gluten-free diet, choose any 1 of our 3 rices and/or salad as a base. Pair it with anything on our assembly line excluding our tabbouleh as it contains bulgur wheat. Enjoy some Blue corn tortilla chips and guacamole or hummus at an extra cost.
Push the reset button on your gut by stripping food groups such as sugar, grains, dairy, and legumes from your diet for a total of 30 days. This strict reset allows your body to heal and recover from whatever effects those foods may cause.
Enjoy a salad or tabbouleh bowl, paired with any of our hot veggies, pico de gallo, guacamole, chimichurri, or habanero hot sauce. All meats support the whole30 diet excluding the lamb as it is oven roasted with raw honey.
